• If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
• Learning activity: courses you enroll in, lessons completed, live classes booked and AI practice conversations.
• Payment reference details for UPI transactions (we do not store your bank credentials or UPI PIN).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and provide the Service.
• To process admissions, enrollments, bookings and payments.
• To power the AI English practice coach and personalise your learning.
• To communicate important updates about your courses and classes.

4. Payments

Payments are made through your chosen UPI application via a direct UPI link. We do not collect or store your UPI PIN, card numbers or bank login details. Transactions are handled by your bank/UPI provider.

5. AI Practice Coach

Messages you send to the AI coach are processed by our AI provider to generate responses and may be stored to show your conversation history. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in these chats.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, authentication and AI processing), and where required by law.

7. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and retain it only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
